Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area (BBBSBA), a mission-driven nonprofit that has transformed thousands of young lives through one-to-one mentoring, seeks a strategic, people-centered, and operationally-minded fiscal leader to serve as its next Vice President of Finance & Operations.

References should be able to speak to the applicant’s ability to be an effective VP of Finance & Operations, work collaboratively and collegially, and supervise multiple departments and projects. The salary range for this position is $150,000–165,000.
