Diversity Resources

Here you will find links to an incredible array of diversity resources, updated regularly. Don't miss one of the most comprehensive groupings of multicultural and diversity-related, web resources on the internet.

Many schools and nonprofits are searching for breadth, perceived authority, stability, usefulness, and accuracy. Also, it is desirable to find publications, newspapers, and news programs that include actual content, as opposed to just tables of contents or subscription information. This list includes selected African/African American, Asian/Asian American, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender, General Diversity Resources, Interracial and Mixed Heritage, Language, Latino/Chicano, Native American, Nonprofit, Progressive, White Responsibility, Women and Other Gender related web resources useful for academic research and information purposes. Susan A. Vega García, of Iowa State University, developed most of it. Please share this with your librarian, curriculum developers, faculty/staff in general and student groups looking for research information. All sites are tested and confirmed.

Please remember that this can be used as more than simply a curriculum resource. Some of this information connects you to ethnic/racial/cultural communities at large and perhaps locally. Looking to the future, and in the spirit of cultivation, take advantage of these resources to their fullest extent.
