We know every one of our candidates

They all get personally cultivated, recruited, screened and matched to the specifics of your job descriptions. Because of our focus, it takes much time and effort to source, network, recruit and screen these underrepresented candidates successfully.

We do not send 6-10 candidates for the same position; we send you the 2-3 who best fit your positions' qualifications, and more importantly- your community.

Most agencies are so desperate for placements, they "over-project," meaning they send many more candidates than necessary, rather than tailor candidates to your needs.
