StratéGenius.org hosted the first annual reception for the formation of the National Diversity Leadership Collaborative, or NDLC, in New York, as part of NAIS Annual Conference activities in March 2008. Over 42 participated in the standing room-only event held at the St. Regis Hotel. Aligned with StratéGenius' goals, NDLC aims to build a coalition of leaders of color for training and development- stay tuned for coordinated efforts between the two organizations!
